We are planning an action-packed program for our admitted students filled with the best UConn has to offer. Faculty, students, and staff are ready to make sure UConn starts to feel a little more like home.

Admitted students may register via their applicant portal.

Getting Here

UConn Bound Day parking is available free of charge during the duration of our program in either the North Parking Garage or South Parking Garage. Guests are encouraged to use the parking garages to avoid accidentally parking in a restricted area.

On weekends, visitors may park in any on-campus space not designated as reserved, restricted, or limited.

To ensure the safety of all visitors and campus community members, metal detectors will be in place at the Welcome Ceremony, and UConn’s bag policy will be in effect at Gampel Pavilion and for all presentations held in the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts. The Welcome Ceremony in Gampel Pavilion is a ticketed event. Only those admitted students and their guests who have preregistered for UConn Bound Day are allowed entry. Metal detectors will be in place, UConn’s bag policy will be in effect, and no outside food/beverages will be permitted.
